Sticky Fingers
Now who wouldn't love to be served your tasty meat this Valentines Day?
Bring on your biggest, thickest, meatiest slabs of grade A beef ribs.
Find yourself a deep pot and boil those babies for about one and a half-hours
or until your tool penetrates, oh so easily. Throw about three to five cloves
of garlic in with your liquid for added flavor, if you want more flavor
well...you know what to do. If you don't: ask the retired whore.
Now you've got to remember to always PRE-HEAT your OVEN. It's the foreplay
of cooking, I mean really now, you've got to make sure your oven is ready to
be filled. It is a fact that meat is always better received in a warm box.
You want to pre-heat at about 350ish, and when your ribs are ready to
insert, place them on a baking tray and add a little more spice to your dish:
- a lick of black pepper
- a desired amount of paprika
- a kiss of rosemary
- a large swallow of your favorite bar-b-que sauce
You want to spread and spread and spread those ingredients all over your meat
and place in your oven now turned up to 450fh for about twenty minutes,
after which take those bad boys out and let sit for about five to ten minutes
so the first layer of sauce sticks to your ribs, then you pour on more of
your special sauce as thick as only you know you can take it.
After a few minutes put back into that hot oven that you'll turn right
down to 300 degrees fahrenheit for another ten minutes.
So grab a large towel (or maybe your lover may only need napkins.) Ladies, they won't be coming up until they've licked this tasty dish clean.
